ABOUT US

Advancing Faith and Community
FBANJ is a locally organized, New Jersey incorporated, US 501c3 nonprofit. We help strengthen interfaith communities through education, strategic partnerships and initiatives that create lasting, positive change. We seek to uplift and support those who serve others in the name of faith and expand the opportunity for interfaith organizations to become agents of change in their community.

We help Houses of Worship (HOW) gain access to the funding and resources they need for community empowerment, improvement, and economic development.
FBANJ provides a pathway for community engagement by sharing development strategies, offering training and supportive services, while at the same time forging meaningful collaborations and creative partnerships.

What Does the Executive Board Do?
We are pleased to have representation from the interfaith community across the State of New Jersey on our Executive Board. The function of the Executive Board is to provide resources for staff to support the faith-based membership.
The objective of the Executive Board is to champion the mission, and its goal is to establish Community Service Providers (CSP) and Community Development Partners (CDP) throughout the State.
