Rev. Randy B. McNeill is the Senior Pastor of Mt. Zion Church in Dayton, NJ. He also serves as CEO of RESTORZ CDC, and Treasurer of The Faith-Based Alliance of New Jersey (FBANJ).

He is a retired Senior Financial Advisor with over 25 years of experience in financial services, specializing in investment strategy and retirement planning. In addition to his financial expertise, he is also a charter member of the Manifest Destiny Business Mentoring Program, dedicated to empowering young Black professionals.

With a passion for mentorship and community development, Pastor McNeill uses his experience to help individuals and organizations achieve personal, professional, and spiritual growth.
