Pastor Milton B. Hobbs is a dedicated leader with a heart for both ministry and community development.

He serves as Senior Pastor at Antioch Baptist Church in Springfield, NJ, and New Covenant Fellowship in Clark, NJ.

For two decades, he worked as Manager of the Division of Community Development and Neighborhood Housing for the City of East Orange, guiding transformational projects that strengthened neighborhoods.

Now retired from public service, Pastor Hobbs continues his mission as the Sustainable Development Liaison for the NJ Office of Faith-Based Initiatives, helping faith communities harness sustainable development to create lasting economic and community renewal.
